The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Tenjin Subway and Bus Station and all the department stores. The hotel itself is one of the nicer buildings in the area.
It's a little pricey.

The room was clean with modern and comfortable design. We chose the twin-room because it was bigger than the double-room. The size is OK by Japanese standard.
The parking charge was 1,500 Yen per night which is different from the 1,000 Yen/night advertised.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is situated near the main road and the subway entrances, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom that felt quite fancy. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel smelled delightful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We also appreciated the added security measures, as it was impossible to access a floor without a key card. our experience at this hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
Families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay will highly recommend this hotel. With its excellent location, top-notch service, and well-appointed rooms, it provides everything needed for a memorable stay.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and modern, and free internet is always a plus.
At first we had a little trouble finding the hotel because the nearest station Tenjin was huge and had a million of exits, but we managed to find it in the end by asking a postman - the closest is Exit 1 of the West side of the station.

Good standard.
The staff does not speak at all English. Unbelievable in such a hotel.

Amazing value for money, with great complementary breakfast and spa services included in the package we booked. the hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the action, close to all the best restaurants and shops.
The rooms were slightly on the small side, but this is common in Japan so we weren't too bothered. the bed was a bit too hard for our liking, but again it's a cultural difference and we learned to adapt.

The hotel was near popular sightseeing spots and food stalls. The room offered ample closet space and was well-formed.
The noise from the street kept us up all night. Despite the hotel turning off the air conditioning, the room remained hot and stuffy.
